ABN radio, London’s Afropolitan Radio Station has reformatted its morning show in a bid to serve Londoners with a taste of Afro Urban broadcasting. The station which has been in operation over a year, has become the preferred channel for Afro beats lovers and family focused entertainment.

The New London City Show will provide a vibrant and happy start to the morning with great music, engaging talk, regular competitions and listener engagements through phone ins and social media interaction.

The Operations manager of the station, Daniel Dadson, confirmed the change saying “It’s a step in the right direction meant to consolidate ABN Radio’s positioning as the Home of Afrobeats and Inspiring family oriented entertainment”.

The station recently held it’s maiden Gospel event which proved a huge success attracting over a 1000 patrons at the plush Oasis House in Croydon.

One of London’s brilliant radio talents, Nayoka Oware, will be the host of the reformatted show. Nayoka brings to the table an infectious energy and great talent, having worked across radio ,PR and Talent Management. Nayoka Oware previously worked with Voice of Africa Radio and Afrobeats 94fm and currently manages a successful online portal ‘The Journey Online,’ which chronicles the success jpurney of African Music and Movie Celebrities.

The London City Show with Nayoka Oware will air from 7am to 10 am, Mondays to Fridays except Wednesday, which will be taken up by Royal Broadcaster Queen Naa Tsotso Soyoo I. ABN Radio UK broadcasts across Greater London on DAB and worldwide via www.abnradiouk.com and the ABN Mobile app.
